You are hereby required to lay off and survey for Charles Butler a private in the Line of this State, two hundred and twenty eight Acres of Land.

The above is a duplicate Warrant issued pursuant to a Resolution of the Assembly dated 20th Dec 1803 and to bear state on the 13th December 1783.
