Tennessee grants to Price Butler assignee of the said Peter Turny 60 acres lying:

rst District in the Dry Fork of Mill Creek Beginning at a beech standing on the north west bank of said Creek about 80 poles above the summit. Thence south crossing said Creek at 30 poles in all 69 and a half poles to two quarters [?] Thence East crossing said Creek at 100 poles in all 130 poles to a sugartree white oak and hickory Thence north 79 and 1/2 poles to an oak sugartree and beech sapling Then west 138 poles to the Beginning.
