Wilson who was assee of the Monroe County Court a certain tract or parcel of land containing one hundred & fifty acres by survey being date teh 24th day of March 1834 lying and being in the County of Jackson in the State of Tennessee South of Walker line and the Lattitude 36 30 on Turkey Creek beginning at ? and ash on the hill side and comes to William Sargent 250 acres thence by ?W 32 poles to an ash and hickory and ? thence E 74 poles to two maples and ? ? hill side near the top ? ? Bailey Butler thense with his line East 213 poles to a stake on a hill side thence N10 poles to a ? tree corner to said Wil?l Butlers as ? and Washington Davis 50 acres thence with Davis line N45? 100 poles to a stake at his corner then as with another line of the same N15 W30 poles to a stake at his corner and a corner of said Davis 24 acres thence with a line of the 24 acres N56 W22 poles to a stake at the corner of same thence with another line of the same N80 W37 poles to a c? corner to same and Sartents 250 acres thence with Sargents line S50 W50 poles to the Beginning / With its appurtenances to have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land with its appurtenances to the said William Butler and his heirs forever In witness whereof the said Jame T. Morehead Esq. Lieut and acting Governor of the Commonwealth of Kentucky who hath hereunto set his hand and caused the seal of the said Commonwealth to be affixed at Frankfort in the first day of March in the year of our Lord 1835 and of the Commonwealth the forty third.

the Beginning with its appurtenances to the said William Butler and his lines
