Bailey Butler thense with his line East 213 poles to a stake on a hill side thence N10 poles to a ? tree corner to said Wil?l Butlers as ? and Washington Davis 50 acres thence with Davis line N45? 100 poles to a stake at his corner then as with another line of the same N15 W30 poles to a stake at his corner and a corner of said Davis 24 acres thence with a line of the 24 acres N56 W22 poles to a stake at the corner of same thence with another line of the same N80 W37 poles to a c? corner to same and Sartents 250 acres thence with Sargents line S50 W50 poles to the Beginning / With its appurtenances to have and to hold the said tract or parcel of land with its appurtenances to the said William Butler and his heirs forever In witness whereof the said Jame T.
