Said county on the north side of Cumberland River in Turkey Creek and bounded as follows, to wit, Beginning at a birch sugar tree and buckeye on the north Side of a branch of said cree running thence East one hundred poles crossing said Creek at two beeches, thence South crossing said creek at 65 poles in all 80 poles to a Spanish Oak.
